This plug is a great way to keep the action up on top when bass are feeding on sandeels. Sometimes, even large fish are keyed in on the smaller profile of the sandeel and wont take the larger plugs.
This fish was taken during daylight hours at Block Island when a school of large bass corraled a pack of sandeels.The fish ignored larger offerings and hammered the 3/4 oz pencil!
